Custom Swimming pool designed by Anthony Sloan. Stamped concrete around pool deck... over 5000 sq.ft. |
| This is an example of an Ashlar Slate stamp pattern that we used around a custom swimming pool project. The Deck area around the pool and along the house is over 5000 sq.ft. Rings with keys were added along with boarders to compliment the design. Each individual stone in this 5000 sq.ft. project was individually hand stained to produce a realistic affect. |

The top of the control center is our vertical mix with a seamless texture and hand stained. The access panel in the center was created with the use of our in-house CNC Router.

Dora Salinas Ashland City Tennessee Custom stamped rock slab pool deck |
This is an example of a custom stamp job where the customer wanted us to build a swimming pool that looked very natual. We wanted to create a deck that looked like random slabs of stone. To accomplish this we created a roller to cut the joints into the wet concrete. A seamless texture roller was used to impart the stone surface and multiple applications of stain produced the realistic affect.

Custom stamped Stacked Stone pool deck
In this photo we show just how realistic our stamped concrete can be. The customers wanted to utilize large rocks they had gathered to use in the pool project. With the use of multiple applications and various staining techniques we were able to intergrate stamped concrete that compliments the tones in the natural stones. Most people believe that the stamped concrete is actually as real as the natural stones.
As stamped concrete goes... you usually get what you pay for. From looking at these photos you can see just why we are a bit higher than most companies in the business.

Our vertical stamped concrete system consists of our own special mixture of polymerized fibre cement and a light weight aggregate. When the ingredients are mixed properly it forms a concrete that is waterproof, fire resistant and very strong. The mixture will receive textures wonderfully and can be carved up to two days after application. One reason the mix gains so much strength is because the polymer and the aggregate tend to slow down its curing process. The mixture also has excellent adhesion properties and can be applied to any surface. Galvanized wire mesh can be molded into various shapes that the mixture can be applied to such as rock formations or water features similar to shotcrete being applied to rebar in the shell of a swimming pool.

Grandview Village Resort Fall Creek Falls Tennessee
Integrated Spa |
| This is an example of our vertical mix that we applied to the interior and exterior of a spa we built as part of a pool project for Grandview Village Resort in Fall Creek Falls Tennessee. A buff color and a rock texture creates the appearance of the spa being made of large blocks of carved stone. The interior of the spa had no sealer applied to it as the mix is waterproof. A waterfall was placed under the edge to produce a nice effect. View our portfolio to see more of this project. |

Sidewalk |
This example is of a sidewalk at our home that we overlaid with the vertical mix. The stamp is a cobblestone paver. Each individual stone was acid stained. Inset stamps of diamonds and circles compliment the overall design. This picture was taken after we completed the process. Within a few months the green acid stain will blacken and create a nice aged appearance. Veiw our portfolio to see more of this project.
